We do not accept refunds for Vital CBD products, unless they were damaged during shipping. In the event of shipping damage, we will allow for return or exchange within 15 days days of your purchase. If after 15 days, we can not offer exchange or return.
To notify Vital CBD of product damage, please email email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed. If being refunded, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
